I am a postdoctoral researcher in the Faculty of Educational Sciences, University of Helsinki. My research interests include teachers and students’ well-being.

In my doctoral dissertation, I explored collective learning and well-being in a large-scale school reform. The doctoral dissertation was part of following research projects: “School matters. Towards a research based school development” and “Teachers’ Strategies Matter – Unknown Resource for Buffering School Differences in Student Learning and Well-being”.
