I am a special education teacher in the University of Eastern Finland. Currently, I work as a doctoral researcher in School of Applied Educational Science and Teacher Education. My work has been supported by the Doctoral Programme in Educational Studies. In my doctoral dissertation, I study teacher turnover intentions. My research interests include teacher work related wellbeing, teacher-working environment fit and teacher burnout.
